You don’t need copious amounts of oil (or any at all) to make this delicious dressing!

There aren’t a whole lot of steps to this one, it’s as easy as can be! Simply toss everything into a blender or food processor (my go to is this handy and adorable little guy), blend it up and pour it on! I used tarragon, but you can experiment with any sort of fresh herbs you like!


Oil-Free Herbed Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
Quick. Easy. Delicious. Done.
Equipment
- Small food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic (about 1 small clove)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 10 Leaves Fresh Tarragon (or similar amount of other fresh herbs)
- Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve
- Keep unused dressing in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, shake well before serving.
Notes
Not using any oil means you won’t get as much emulsification as you would otherwise, but honestly, you don’t notice one bit!
