Oil-Free Herbed Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic (about 1 small clove)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 10 Leaves Fresh Tarragon (or similar amount of other fresh herbs)
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

Equipment

  • Small food processor or blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve
  4. Keep unused dressing in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, shake well before serving.

Notes

Not using any oil means you won't get as much emulsification as you would otherwise, but honestly, you don't notice one bit!
