Fresh Tarragon (or similar amount of other fresh herbs)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Serve
Keep unused dressing in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, shake well before serving.
Notes
Not using any oil means you won't get as much emulsification as you would otherwise, but honestly, you don't notice one bit!
