This one is just ridiculously easy to do. Put everything into a blender or food processor (I have a little counter-top one that works great for this).

Oil Free Cashew Dressing
Simple, Quick and Healthy!
Equipment
- Food Processor or Blender
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cashew Butter*
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Ground Fresh Ginger
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 1 tbsp Miso Paste**
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Pinch Chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve!
Notes
*You can sub out any kind of nut butter you like here.
**I love miso paste for the taste it gives this recipe, but if you don’t have any, just add an extra tablespoon of soy sauce/coconut aminos.
