Oatmeal Applesauce Pancakes

- 2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 2/3 cup Applesauce
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 1/4 tbsp Honey
- 1 3/4 cup Milk + more if the mix is too dry
In large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Stir until just mixed.
Pour by 1/3 cup measures onto pre-heated griddle or pan.
Flip once bubbles form to cook the other side.
Serve hot.
If your mix seems too dry, add a bit more milk. It should be somewhat thicker than normal pancake batter.
These are great heated in the toast the next day too, so make a big batch!
